Stampscapes & Red Truck Cards

Thursday Aug. 5th 8:30 am to 10:30 am

I don’t know if you have noticed, but red pickup trucks are popping up everywhere, so why not on a great Stampscapes card like the three (3) that you will make in this class. The trucks appear in a Summer farm scene, during Fall full of pumpkins, and, last but not least, at a tree farm. You will learn stamp placement, masking, and coloring with a Color Box Stylus. These trucks will spark your imagination with lots of ways for you to create all kinds of cards.

Bring: two (2) Color Box Stylus (contact Janet through her website if you are having trouble finding these), Memories Black Dye Ink Pad, several Q-tips (round tips), round #2 or #4 paintbrush (a water brush without the water works well) glue pen, and detail scissors.

Stampscapes Diorama Christmas/Winter Cards

Thursday Aug. 5th 11:30 am - 1:30 pm

A diorama is a scene viewed through a window with layers of dimension on a small scale. Here we have two dioramas that you will create in this class. These scenes are layered within the 4 ½” square boxes, which you will create from cardstock. You will learn stamp placement, coloring with the ColorBox Stylus, as well as building and layering the scenes. Imagine giving one of these to someone special in your life this Christmas.

Bring: 1/4” Scor-Tape or Red Line Tape, glue pen, tape runner or double-sided tape, pop dots, detail scissors, one (1) ColorBox Stylus (contact Janet through her website if you are having trouble finding these), Memories Black Dye Ink Pad, several Q-tips (round tips), round #2 or #4 paintbrush (a water brush without the water works well), and Uni-ball Signo White Gel Pen.

 Stampscpaes Kraft Paper Cards

The Smoky Mt. Rubber Stamp & Scrapbook Getaway

Thursday Oct. 14 at 2 to 4 pm
Cost $36

Do you love Stampscapes but you would like to use them in a new and easy way well here is the class for you!  No heat gun, no colorbox stylus.   You will be stamping on a heavy Kraft Paper which yields great cards when you embellish with pencils and a white gel pen.  You will create 3 cards in this class and learn stamp placement and blending with pencils.  These are fun easy cards great for Christmas, winter birthdays or just because!

What you need to bring to class:  Memories Black Dye Base Ink Pad,  Prismacolor Pencils white and black (I like these pencils because they have more wax and blend well), pencil sharpener, Singo White Gel Pen, Art Eraser which is also called a polymer eraser, tape runner or whatever adhesive you prefer to assemble your cards.
